SOME TIPS:

1. Use only 1 name. Sometimes we get confused because the maiden name is used and not the current name. Or we get text's or emails using a nick name and not the name used in the order form. To avoid confusion, stick to the name you used in the order form

2. Always fill up the order form to make the sale official. We always get messages via text, email or PM in multiply but for future references and to protect both parties, it's best to always use the order form

3. Please be fair to us and others. Pay within the 3-day grace period.

4. For those who opt to have items shipped, a tip to get your orders FAST, pay in the morning to reach cut off of the scheduled deliveries that day.

5. Finally, your tracking numbers via Pedala, Xend, or Air21 will be e-mailed to you after courier has picked up your package from us.
