| The main difference would be material used for the pouches. The Semi Stretch Knit is made from soft cotton while the Versa Tek is made from tech fiber - same material as work out/yoga clothing. The Versa Tek is ideal for heavier babies or colder climates :) |

to get the size please measure left shoulder across to right hip at your back.
SSK and VTB - it is a double pouch, the only difference is the material. Versatek is more stretchable than SSK.
